NOT ALL FABRIC COVERED BUILDINGS ARE CREATED EQUALLY. For over 30 years the HiQual brand has been recognized as the strongest products in their respective industry. There may be less expensive buildings on the market, but when it comes to value, HiQual is the clear choice!

Just ask how much the competitor's building weighs for an easy comparison of strength and stability which is so critical in a structure! HiQual... Engineered to Last!

HiQual Buildings

Competition

All products are powder coated for smooth exterior finish to ensure long life of canvass and steel

Most use galvanized steel, which contrary to popular belief, is not totally rust-proof

All buildings come with engineered stamped drawings to assist in applying for permits, insurance etc as required

Optional/extra in many cases

All building models are tested by independent third party engineers to ensure quality and safety

Either not engineered, or done only in-house

Portabgle quanset buildings have continuous outer frame that is a built-in foundation that allows buildings to be moved easily without take-down

Most arches are independent, which means less strength in the foundation and requires a complete take-down to move the building

Warranty is 15 years, prorated on all building covers including portable buildings

Many as low as 3 years

Complete package always included in quoted price

Many extras that add to quoted price after the fact

Storm flap on every building

Optional

Arch spacing maximum 12’ on welded truss buildings for added strength, depending on local building codes

Up to 16’ apart, drastically reducing strength

Minimum 20” up to 36” truss depth on welded truss building line using 1.5” structural webbing to increase load bearing ability

Comparable building sizes have truss depths as low as 12-24” and use 1” structural webbing which reducies the overall strength

Double crossed purlin design on welded truss buildings to increase structural strength

Only a single line of purlins across the building in many cases

Portable quonset buildings are constructed using 3” round tubing starting at 5’ arch spacing

Usually 2.375” tubing with arch spacing as wide as 10’ which reduces strength

12 oz multi-weave membrane cover on all buildings

Lesser quality cover on some entry level buildings
