HiQual offers the most complete line of panels available on the market today. Our panels were developed through our dedicated Research & Development team based on input from the equine industry's most respected trainers and clinicians. Of course, all of our panel lines and Continuous Fence are designed with the HiQual tradition of quality, strength, innovation, safety, efficiency and value in mind.

Flex Panels

The Flex Panel gets its' name from the patented Flex Connector System designed and developed exclusively for HiQual Manufacturing. Safety is the most important factor when considering a premium working panel and there is no safer product available than the HiQual Flex Panel.

The Flex Connectors act as built-in shock absorbers and will stretch and spring back upon impact. For heavy confinement areas an additional set of connectors may be added to the panel, effectively doubling its' strength. The additional connectors also make it easy to set up three way and four way connections for stalls, runs and corrals.

Safety is also enhanced by the tight, narrow connections. With only a 1 1/4” gap between panels, there’s little room for a stirrup to catch or a leg to get caught. As an added benefit, the connectors are completely quiet and there are no rattling chains to contend with.

The Flex Connector also has built in U.V. inhibitors and works evenly under all types of weather conditions. The results of long term stress and climate testing allow us to confidently offer a three year warranty on the connectors. Flex Panels are constructed of 16 gauge, 58,000 psi, ovalized tubular steel and are available in both a 5’ high x 5 rail and 6’ high x 6 rail configuration. All corner posts are capped with a rubber plug.

Range Panels

The Range Panel Series offers a lower cost product without sacrificing quality. These all purpose panels are ideal for temporary stalls, perimeter fencing, and roping arenas.

Made from the same material as the Flex Panel line, Range Panels have many of the same features but instead use a rigid, wrap-around connector. The U-Latch connects quickly and easily with very little gap between panels. Especially easy to connect by yourself and even on uneven ground. The spacing between the lower three rails has been reduced to a narrow 7 1/2”, making them very effective for containing smaller stock such as sheep, goats, calves, etc.

Range Panels are 63” tall and are available in 10’, 12’ and 16’ lengths. You may also opt for a 4’ frame gate or 10’ and 12’ panels with built-in 4’ gates. For a quality, lightweight, portable panel, there’s nothing comparable to the HiQual Range Panel. Patents Pending

Heavy Duty Panels

HiQual Heavy Duty Panels are the ultimate product for heavy confinement. Custom rolled 58,000 psi steel and heavy gauge construction help these premium panels stand up to the toughest abuse.

The 5 rail panels, pictured above, are perfect for runs and stalls or for use in roping arenas with cattle. For situations where height is a greater concern, such as rodeo arenas with roughstock, a 6 rail, 72” tall panel is also available.

Strength is enhanced by the square corner design and the notched vertical bracing system which greatly reinforces the center of the panel.

Since any panel is only as strong as its weakest component, HiQual performed extensive testing and research to ensure that the strength of the panel is balanced throughout. One result was the livestock proof, pin and clip connector system. When placed under pressure, the stress is spread over a wide area of the post. A simple twist of the drop pin locks it into place. The opposing side has two square tubes to receive the pin, allowing for three way connections with no additional hardware. A variety of adapters are available for almost any configuration of panels.

When you opt for a frame gate or panel with 4’ gate, it comes with a self catching, spring loaded plunger latch. Optional is a Ride Thru Gate Latch for both 5 and 6 rail gates. Adapts to any HiQual plunger latch. Easily operated from horseback.

Rally Panels

An economical and light weight panel with HiQual signature: square corner posts capped with rubber plugs, mud leep for added support and extended life, unique U-latch connector; notched vertical braces. Finished with a charcoal powder coat paint. At 63" high and only 44 lbs this 1 1/8" x 1 3/4" 20 gauge oval tubed panel is ideal for very light confinement. Popular with the trail riders, llama and sheep owners and as a round pen for hobby horse owners.
